The system features industrial-grade, six-inch diameter nip rollers constructed from steel and coated in high-release silicone. These rollers are precisely ground and perfectly aligned to prevent warping, wrinkling, and image distortion during lamination. The top roller includes a preset heat assist, providing just the right amount of warmth to activate pressure-sensitive overlaminates—producing crisp, professional results.

Built for functionality, the Aragon 3500-25 includes dual unwind shafts for feeding materials, a rewind shaft for finished output, and a separate shaft for collecting release liners.
