The product’s layered structure consists of a CAP SHEET on top, followed by a SELF-HEALING layer, a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) layer, a PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) layer, and finally, a RELEASE FILM at the bottom.

In terms of characteristics, the PPF offers an ultra-gloss finish, is anti-yellowing to maintain its clarity over time, and is hydrophobic for superior water resistance. It also boasts heat-resistance for enhanced durability and anti-contamination properties to keep surfaces cleaner for longer.

This product is a high-performance Paint Protection Film (PPF) designed to offer superior safeguarding for vehicle surfaces. The film has a standard thickness of 200 ± 10 micrometers (µm), ensuring robust protection.

Key properties of the PPF include an exceptional gloss value of over 90 Gu, providing a brilliant, reflective finish as measured by ASTM D523. Its coating layer demonstrates excellent crack resistance, enduring up to 60+10 mm before cracking according to ASTM D412. The film exhibits strong adhesive capabilities, with an initial adhesion of 1,300 ± 400 gf/25mm after 30 minutes, and even stronger adhesion of 2,000 ± 500 gf/25mm after 24 hours, both tested using ASTM D3330. Furthermore, the product is highly hydrophobic, ensuring excellent water repellence, and possesses self-healing characteristics, allowing minor scratches and swirls to disappear when exposed to heat below 100°C (e.g., from water or a hair dryer).
